What is your cancellation Policy?

The cancellation policy for a full refund is 48 hours before your rental date. We do not offer refunds within 48 hours, and there are no exceptions. We appreciate your adherence to our policy.

What happens if I am late with my rental?

If you are unable to return on time, you’ll be assessed a penalty of $50 per unit plus the cost of lost rentals we’re unable to fulfill as a result. For example, if we are sold out the next day and you cannot return your gear in time, we will assess a $50 fee plus the cost of the lost rental the following day. If you ever feel like you are going to be late, the best course is to let us know right away. Most importantly we want to know you are safe.
We recognize that unexpected events may occur, so we strive to be as adaptable and understanding as possible.


Do you take a deposit?

Yes. All rentals require a deposit. The deposit amount is determined by the exact reservation you make. Once all gear is returned unharmed and on time, the deposit is returned in full.
We reserve the right to determine the condition of the return.


Is there an age limit?

Since paddling is a great family activity, we encourage all ages to participate! Small children are best to ride with their parents, but children 10 and older are usually quite proficient in good conditions. Primary renters must be 18 years of age and older. Minors need to be accompanied by an adult. 

Do I need to fill out a waiver?

Waivers are required for every renter. You’ll receive a link to an electronic waiver when you make a reservation. Repeat renters’ waivers remain in the system for the calendar year so you only need to fill it out once.

Are life jackets included?

Yes, life jackets are included with the rental. We provide high-end, paddle-specific PFD’s to help enhance your comfort on the water.

Do you offer drop-off and pick-up services?

Yes, we offer delivery and pick-up services for equipment to and from the water. If you’re looking for a specific location, please call to chat about options. Additional charges may apply.

Do you rent by the hour?

Yes, we offer rentals by the hour. Our hourly rentals are based on a flat rate for up to three hours.

Can I rent boards and kayaks for multiple days?

Yes! Please give us a call to chat about options. Also, in a lot of cases, you’re welcome to pick up your gear the night before. Additional charges may apply.

What if I love it?

We knew you would! Parker Paddle Rental offers a rental credit program; we offer up to $100 of your rental credit to the purchase of new equipment!
